Advanced Constitutional Law and Political Institutions
⚖ ประวัติความหมายและประเภทของรัฐธรรมนูญ องค์กรตามรัฐธรรมนูญ สิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล ทฤษฎีที่สำคัญๆ ของระบบรัฐธรรมนูญ อาทิเช่น ทฤษฎีการแบ่งแยกอำนาจ รวมทั้งปรัชญาของแนวความคิดต่างๆ ในระบบรัฐธรรมนูญ หลักทั่วไปของการเลือกตั้งพรรคการเมือง และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยการเปรียบเทียบในลักษณะวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์กับรัฐธรรมนูญและสถาบันการเมืองในต่างประเทศ
⚖ History, meaning and types of the Constitution, Constitutional organizations, personal rights and freedoms, major constitutional theories such as the separation of sovereign powers theory, the philosophy of concepts in the constitutional system, general principles of elections and political parties and related laws. By analogy analysis and synthesis with the Constitution and political institutions in foreign countries.
